One of the most popular places to shoot is Crescent Moon Ranch, also known as Red Rock Crossing. This location features Cathedral Rock in the background, plus water, trees, and greenery. The variety of scenery makes it perfect for maternity portraits.

For something a little different, West Fork Trail offers a peaceful forest vibe. With tall pine trees, a flowing creek, red rocks, and beautiful fall leaves, it’s especially stunning in October and November. This spot is great if you’re coming from Flagstaff, as it’s a good halfway point. Both locations have about a 7 min walk in.
