Mobile Newborn Photography Session
In the measure of a lifetime, no single event will ever compare to the birth of a child. From the moment the pregnancy is announced to the moment the baby comes into the world, there have already been countless moments of planning and preparation to make sure the newborn’s arrival is a blessed and memorable event. Along with maternity and gender reveal photo sessions, I have been increasingly contacted about my NEW in-home newborn photography session.
With this session, I bring my mobile baby-photo studio to you, where I’m able to capture the family in its most comfortable setting; your own home. Prior to the shoot, I spend time discussing all of the numerous options with the parents so I am well-prepared when I arrive. My mobile studio includes a wide variety of props and backgrounds that we will need to capture images of the newborn that will live with your family forever, and will be looked at again and again.
My general rule for booking this type of photoshoot is for the shoot to be scheduled within the first two weeks after the baby is born. This is the time when the baby is most likely to be easier to work with as they are always asleep :)! I have experienced that if the shoot is scheduled after that period of time the baby is more likely to be awake and becomes increasingly difficult to pose.
