First of all, decide if you want a full surprise or a planned photo session with a surprise proposal during the shoot.
On one hand, a full surprise brings raw emotion. The look on her face is priceless.
On the other hand, it can be harder to plan. Sedona parking is unpredictable. Traffic can be heavy. Lighting also changes quickly.
Therefore, when I am part of the plan, I can guide timing, lighting, parking, and walking routes. As a result, the entire experience feels much calmer.
